Hi Aize, and welcome to the Wine Board. Riesling will go with just about any of your local dishes that do not cry out for a red wine.

aize, Riesling is among the most food-friendly wines on earth. If you have some spices in the dish--Riesling can usually handle it.
One amendment: low acid/high sugar Riesling is another matter--it is not so much food friendly as it is pleasant to sip.
