Hi Mitesh Thakkar and welcome to the Wine Board. There is a budding wine industry in your country. We have tried any of them, but you might as usually wines are created to go with local cuisines. In the meantime, you might use two wines from Australia. For a red Shiraz goes with many spicy dishes. For a white try their Semillion.
