Counter's Thanksgiving Feast
Spare a turkey by having Thanksgiving dinner at Counter. On November 24th enjoy
a five-course Thanksgiving dinner with an optional wine pairing for each dish.
Reservations can be made for two seating times of 4pm and 7pm at a cost of $40 per

First Course:
Autumn salad
Wild Arugula, Belgian endive Bartlett pear, pine nut Parmesan & vegetable chips
wine - Vouvray Brut Domaine Champalou, France NV

Second Course:
Hubbard squash bisque
Translucent apple and pistachio cream fraiche
wine - Chardonnay Barrel Fermented Reserve Macari North Fork, Long Island 2001

Third Course:
Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Tomato concasėe, sea beans & white asparagus
wine - Plavac Mali Dingac Dalmation Coast, Croatia 2002

Fourth Course:
Roulade farci with veloutè sauce
Julienne vegetables, whipped potato-sage puree, raisins & toasted almonds
