Atlantis Casino Resort in Reno, NV hosts the first annual Reno/Tahoe Wine Expo Thursday, January 18, 2001. The event begins at 6:00p.m. More than 35 wineries will be on hand for this event that helps raise money for Multiple Sclerosis research. Many different restaurants from the Reno and Lake Tahoe region will be cooking up and serving various menu selections. Many food selections will also be paired with the varietal wines. Ski and snowboard celebrities from the Lake Tahoe area will make appearances at this charitable event. Representatives from area ski resorts will also be at Atlantis to support the event. Tickets to the Reno/Tahoe Winter Wine Expo are $35. Atlantis also offers terrific ski packages. Stay at Atlantis Casino Resort, ski during the day and taste great wine and food at night!
