Taste tomorrow’s award-winning wines today!
Spring New Release Weekend on the Leelanau Peninsula—
May 12 & 13, 2001

Shake off mud season, get out the spring clothes, and get ready to discover the wineries of the Leelanau Peninsula. With glass in hand and wine trail map as your guide, explore 10 unique Leelanau Peninsula wineries—each with incredible NEW wines to taste and beautiful views.

Stop at any participating winery to purchase a ticket. With your ticket you’ll receive a Spring Release recipe book and a Leelanau Peninsula Vintners’ Association tasting glass. Then head off down the wine trail! Each participating winery will be offering samples of a featured, never-before-distributed, new release from the current vintage—and gourmet food matched to the wine!

First of all, make sure you taste the new release and its accompanying tasty tidbit at your current winery. Take your time—and ask questions! Wine is fun, and the more you learn the more you will want to know! Knowledgeable wine folks will be hand to answer your questions. Then, when you’re ready, head out on to the wine trail.

You have the whole weekend to stop at all 10 participating wineries, and discover what makes each one so special. Happy tasting!
