it is in a beautifully decorated stone, shaped bottle with what looks like gold inlays of vines and leaves and an inlay of a female and a male person in robes
the top of the bottle is foil wrapped. bottle is very heavy.it has the numbers

Almost all wines are vintage wines and will have the year of harvest somewhere on the label or a neck band. If there's no year anywhere, then it's been bottled as a non-vintage wine and there's really no way to determine how old it is. The wine itself is a Verdicchio, which is a medium bodied Italian white wine that is best drunk young.

Hi Jo Mac, and welcome to the Wine Board. KC is spot on. I like this particular Verdiccio very much and delight that it is widely distributed and sells for around $6 or $7. It makes a dandy aperitif.
