Hyde De Villaine Chardonnay Commandante - TheEngineer - 07-02-2013
This was opened along with good company, a Batard Montrachet, a grand cru Chablis and a meursalt. It stood up well to its competition. Explosive nose, troprical fruit, totally different personality than its euorpean counterparts. Probably the best Chard from HDV by far.
