2010 Church and state cabernet Franc - TheEngineer - 06-13-2013
The Chruch and State labels are the more everyday wines versus the Coyote Bowl's more reserve style and structure.
This wine was very light on the nose, got some of that veggie but more delicate. It is lighter on the oak, and better for it. Slight austerity, smooth but short on the finish.
