Hi Robinson, and welcome to the Wine Board. Two wines that would go great with your meal are from the same district. Sancerre (Blanc) and Sancerre Rouge would work great. Regular Sancerre is made from sauvignon blanc and with match with the shrimp and chicken. The Sancerre Rouge is made from pinot noir and matches wonderfully with pork, even pork with plums. Both sell in the mid to late teens, and you will need a total of six bottles for twelve. If you were not in a major market like Miami, would go another route, but you should find them there (the red is harder to find) without too much trouble.
