- awakening - 12-27-2002 I'm going to a girl's aparmtment for dinner tonight and she is making a simple dinner of chicken parm and pasta with tomato sauce. She asked me to pick up a bottle of wine. It is the darkest rose' you ever seen, and will go just fine with it. Should be a cinch to find in your market. - joeyz6 - 12-27-2002 I make chicken parmesan once in a while but without tomato sauce. Without the tomato I recommend a pinot grigio, and I think even with the tomato that it isn't too bad a match. But what Innkeeper recommended is probably better. |
