Wow, what a great bottle of mature champagne. This is crazy nice at this point in time. the effervescences still there but perhaps subdued, matching the mellowness of this wine, Apple Pie then stones, minerals, toast, in a nice sequence of tastes, on per half second, rolling over the tongue. Nice elegant finish, good acidity to keep things fresh.
I wish there was more of this.
