- ttatum - 10-08-2000 I want to build a wine rack in my basement. However, I only have a 9x6 space that where you can stand in. The rest is crawl space with a dirt floor. My waterheater and gravity heater are located in the walkable space. How far from the waterheater and heater should my rack be? I live in So. CA, Pasadena, and it get rather warm in the summer 100+, at times.
Any suggestions? - Bucko - 10-08-2000 ** Any suggestions? **
Find another spot.
Bucko - winoweenie - 10-08-2000 ttatum, welcome to the board. If you`re serious about collecting, either buy a wine storage cabinet or rent a locker from the many available in your area. Most only charge around 2 bucks per month per case. A whale of a lot less than the heat-induced trauma you`re putting on the poor babies in the cellar(?) winoweenie - ttatum - 10-09-2000 Thnaks for the advice. I'll look into outside storage facilities ASAP. |
