This pinot is more on the elegant side of the style divide. Still ripe fruit, strawberries, with a nice smooth entry but not overty ripe and dense. I like this combination of CA and Village level burg. Very drinkable with a meal, enough complexity to make it not boring but does not demand your attention either all for a less than village level burg price of around $25 a bottle.

Like a lot of my old time favs it seems that time dulls the memory so I haven't bought any of this superb juice since the 04 model. What a dumb-skull!! WW
