So a pirate walks into a bar and the bartender notices that he has a steering wheel stuffed in his pants. "Hey matey" says the bartender, "Do ya know that you got a steering wheel stuffed in your pants?
"Aye" says the pirate, "and it's driving me nuts!!!"

So saaarrrry to be late in sending you my TLAPD greetngs. Thanks to Drew for letting me know about this wonderful day a few years ago, I've been having great celebrations with my third graders each year.We celebrated on Friday. Pirate talk and pirate activities (educational ones) all day culminating with a treasure hunt around the building at the end of the day. The kids dress up and we have such fun! I look forward to it every year. By the way, if any of you are on Facebook, under applications-languages= you can choose "pirate." It's very funny.
