I tried Pinebrook Merlot at Arthur's Landing in NJ (201-867-0777). It's great! Smooth and flavorful. But, I can't find it in my home town of Fort Worth, or anywhere on the net for that matter. Is this a CA wine? Can you help me track it down?

Thanks in advance.

Jeff

JeffC, welcome to the Board. Can't find "Pinebrook"...am sure others here have tried as well. Are you sure it wasn't Pine Ridge?

You can find a US source for most wines at:

cp;

Thanks for replying to my Pinebrook Merlot question. I finally go my answer after a slow painstaking search. I got Arthur's Landing , NJ to give me their beverage supplier number. I called them and they gave me the source. The winery is called Stone Creek, www.stonecreekwines.com, in Napa Valley, CA. Apparently this is a wine this is specifically sold to restaurants and would be hard for the general public to get. I called the winery, and they recommended buying the Stone Creek brand, which is a better bottle. They gave me the number of a local beverage supplier in TX. And, it should be available at several stores near me. I still haven't tried it yet, but will soon.

Thanks again,

Jeff
