What wine or type of grape or region should select when eating Stone Crabs?

Looks that they are having a ball with you over at Robin's page. Sorry, but we feel the same way about stone crabs as we do rock shrimp; they both make good bait.

Don't listen to IK, Spainmiami, that's just more stone crab for us. What type of sauce are you dipping them in?
