Boy! There's a heap of snow out there this morning. Look's like we'll be popping more than one today.

So I take it that you do not want to hear about the mid-50s and partly cloudy here, eh?

Or the low 60's here..... And it's raining oak leaves. Come to think of it, that's an excuse for popping more than one today...

Well they postponed the town meeting until Monday night. With the truck in 4X4 got to the post office before they closed at noon. Then had a half bottle of Marietta Old Wine Red, Lot Twenty-six for lunch with cheese. The other half recorked in an old half bottle in the fridge for more cheese tomorrow. Tonight it will be roast pork with Sonoma Creek Pinot.

Yesterday was my birthday so had 29 of the raunchy lil' buggers over and if you think they can't do some major damage to any cellar you need an introduction to "the wine-drinkers olympic training table ".5 solid cases bit the dust. I'd bought a case of Parrallel 45, Rancho Z Zin, and Blackstone Napa merlot for the grand-kids and their buddies but NONE of the Batchelor children would even look at them suckers. I'm now devoid of all 89 & 90 Diamond Creeks, low on 90 and 91 Beringer Reserves, lost 2 90 and 3 91 Shafer Hillsides and that's only the empties I've found this AM. Boy did I have fun or what? Got my new machine in and will be switching over to cable next week. I'll repost the new E as soon as they get me connected. Oh, by the way IK, it was only 78 down here yesserday!hehehe.WW
