CB isn't up yet so logged on for one last time. We'll only be in Utah for 5 days. Then we're going to Las Vegas for thew rest of the time. And the jernts there are pruidish about ordering off'n the menu. There are 2 super state-owned wine shops in Salt Lake IF I start running short. WW

you're going to think i'm nuts, but go to their one main wine shop downtown. Its on 300E or 400E. They have a great Alsatian section.

AlpineO I've been travelling to Salt Lake for over 25 years so know the jernt well. My buddy who was going down for the 2nd time had his wedding at Willow Creek CC and served the over 300 guests BV Rutherford cab and Ch St. Jean Sonoma Chard. He stashed a bottle of 99 BV Pvt. Reserve for moi'. Good stuff. Had a ball and am now back home. Left Vegas without any damage and heartily reccommend the Lower Parasol bar at Wynns' new emporium. First time I've seen Tobin James on a menu. WW

Yeah, but, Templeton's only about 20 miles from the TJ winery. SLC is about 700.
