I have three bottles of wine I need some info on.
1.1978 Brolio Chianti
2.1983 Lauretan Bordeaux
3.1990 Plazzo Barbaresco
All help on this would be appreciated.

winoweenie- Did you use a lifeline for that answer?

Aupp, welcome to the board! Your 78' Brolio Chianti, may still be drinkable, and possibly very enjoyable, if it is a Riserva, and has had proper storage over the years. Same with your other two wines as far as storage is concerned- they are from very good vintages, and should have held up as long as they were stored properly. If you are looking to see what they are worth, it is very difficult to sell individual bottles, and would be of little value to anyone. I've personally drank the Brolio Riserva about 2 months ago, and though it was enjoyable, it was not spectacular. I suggest you plan out a nice dinner sometime, and open them with a significant other. Hope this helps.
