I have a friend that is just building a wine cellar and beginning to collect wine. I would live give him a book on collecting wine (one that may include tips on storage, how long you can keep certain wines and when they are at their best etc...)
Any recommendations ?

Hi Mermaid, and welcome to the Wine Board. Look for: "How & Why to Build A Wine Cellar Planning, Constructing, Acquiring, Consuming; 3rd Edition", by Richard M. Gold Ph.D. It is available from the store on this site.
