I have heard that there is a Polish cherry wine with the name Wishnack (or something very similar to it). Has anyone ever heard of such a wine? If so do you know what it's exact name is and where it is available? I heard that it is possibly available in Northern California. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I've been unable to find any such wine in my available references. A Google search was also negative.

Here's the closest I could find:
Cherry 18 is a mixed-fruit wine, produced on a basis of cherry must with the addition of apple, black currant, bilberry, and sloe musts. The fruit used for this wine is very sweet, and comes from the major orchard-growing area in Central Poland. Cherry 18 wine has an alcohol content of 16-18%, and is given the madeira treatment, which results in its mild taste, characteristic of southern wines. The sugar content is about 130mg per liter. Cherry 18 is a delicious and highly popular dessert wine.
It was on the website of Stawski distributing:
http://www.stawskidistributing.com/distributors.html You can enter the name of a state to see if they distribute the wines in that state. May not be the one you were seeking.
