i have selected 2 wines:
1995 Taurino Salice Salentino Apulia

i need to give a presentation and i am lacking some information. is anyone familiar with these and if so can you tell me anything about them. looking for what region they are from. type of wine?

Each wine's origin is in the name you gave us: Puglia (southern Italy) and Valpolicella (in the north).

The Taurino should be rich and full-bodied yet not overwhelming and the Zenato should be light and slightly acidic.
