What do you think of the following for a coorporte cocktail party for about 60 people with cold and hot hor d'oeurves:
Gianni Gagliardo Fallergro Favorita
Palladino Gavi di Gavi
La Massa Chianti Classico
Pietraserena Chianto Colli Senesi Poggio al
Vento
Pietraserena Ser Gervasio Merlot
La Massa Chianto Giorgio Primo
I would also like your suggestions to help me out.

Would go with the Gavi and any of the Chiantis.
