Welcome to the board. My preferences, in order:
beef - Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel
venison - Syrah, Zinfandel
Chicken - Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Picpoul, or Syrah
Fish/seafood - Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio
Pork - Pinot Noir
Pizza - Montepulciano, Barbera, Chianti Classico

Preparation style heavily influences the choice of wine in our house, but those listed are the rough basics.

Riesling is also a versatile food wine and can be considered for seafood, chicken, pork, veal, Chinese food. A Kabinett (lower level of sugar in the grapes when harvested) is especially versatile and a Spatlese (picked later and more sugar in the grape at harvest but may be made into either a sweet or dry wine) also goes nicely with some food preparations.
