My friends are opening a small restaurant and dont know which Pinot Noir to offer.
Want something good - and of good value - that sells around $10-$12 - and can be found easily from a major wholesaler
Do you gurus have any best value tips???
Thanks

If you go to Best Buys, you will see our current nomination, Somoma Creek. If you go to Pinot Noir, and "Go" (upper right hand corner) all the way back, you will find all kinds of great suggestions. This includes our "In Pinot Veritas" which dates back to December '99 or so. Lots of great suggestions (from others) there.

For good quality, lower priced Pinot Noir, I nominate:

1. Rex Hill, Oregon "King's Ridge"
2. Mirassou, Monterey
3. Napa Ridge, California
4. Erath, Willamette Valley
5. Kendall-Jackson, California
