- aspenflight - 09-30-2004 I need direction on a wine for Chicken Cordon Bleu.... - Innkeeper - 10-01-2004 Hi Aspen and welcome to the Wine Board. Look for a nice St Veran from '02. That should run $12-$18. If you can't find one ask for a nice Macon Villages from '02 or '03. - Jackie - 10-11-2004 If these French wines aren't available locally, chose either a Pinot Noir, if you prefer red wine, or a German Riesling (Spatlese or Halbtrocken), if you prefer white wine. Maybe one of our experts can recommend a specific Pinot Noir that would be available in your city. |
