I recently returned from a business trip to Italy. We had dinner at Ristorante Righi in San Marino. I am farily new to wine, but the one we had at Righi was excellent, but I did not get the name or the kind of red wine it was. It had an almost carbonated feel at first. Anyone have any ideas what type may be similar, and any suggestions of wines I could obtain here in the states with similar qualities? Sorry I can't provide more info.

Thanks

May have been Lambrusco, a sweetish red wine with a definte bubbly character. Readily available and inexpensive. Several brand names,,,Riunite is one widely availble
