I am just a beginner and I try wine here and there inexpensive and expensive - I will try anything once - About three months ago I tried a wine I believe was called Caneli (red) - Has anyone heard of this? - I'm really embarrassed - Can you tell what kind of wine it is? and can you suggest a comparable wine?

Hi Jbogdans, and welcome to the Wine Board. At first I thought you were talking about Muscat Canelli, but that is a white wine. Caneli is a brand name for inexpensive Italian wine. Can be found in any large, super market type, venue.
