Someone gave me a 1995 Le Montrachet Grand Cru Domaine Renee Fleurot as a gift and I don't know anything about it. Is it something that we should keep? If so, how long? If it's something we should drink now, what kind of food would go with it?

Welcome to the board. You have a generous friend. I'm not familiar with the domaine, but Le Montrachet is one of the most famous white wines in the world--it is considered the epitome of white Burgundies. It should be drinkable now or perhaps for another ten years or more. It might be paired with lobster of a fish like sea bass or halibut in a creamy sauce. Use delicate seasoning so that the fragrance and nuances of the wine are not overpowered. If you are going to store the wine for some time, keep it in cool, dark, quiet place, preferably about 55 degrees Fahrenheit, and store on its side so that cork doesn't dry out.
