- winoweenie - 02-18-2006 Am the walking poster boy for the "South Beach Diet". Have been on it for over a year and after the 1st 6 weeks have enjoyed at least a bottle per day. Last check showed 45 lbs have dissapeared. Love it! WW - Deputy - 02-18-2006 Awesome BK and WW. Very commendable. I'm not on any specific "diet", but rather I've taken control of what I shove into my fat gullet. In doing so, I've lost approximately 8 lbs in the past 3 weeks or so, the past week of which was the only time I've really been taking this seriously. It's a long term thing for me now, I hope. I'm balancing carb/fat/protein intake and fitting everything into several (5-6) meals/day. A little bit of exercise here and there and a general reduction in alcohol intake (not elimination, but reduction) and I'm well on my way to a "new me." The other forum that I visit for nutrition/exercise/etc is full of people with great success stories. It's very inspiring. - sikm3 - 02-23-2006 Sebastiani makes excellent wines at prices under $15. Wine Spectaor just ranked their entire varietal with scores of 85+. I've tried their Cab Sauv and it's great. |
