Am the walking poster boy for the "South Beach Diet". Have been on it for over a year and after the 1st 6 weeks have enjoyed at least a bottle per day. Last check showed 45 lbs have dissapeared. Love it! WW

Awesome BK and WW. Very commendable.

I'm not on any specific "diet", but rather I've taken control of what I shove into my fat gullet. In doing so, I've lost approximately 8 lbs in the past 3 weeks or so, the past week of which was the only time I've really been taking this seriously. It's a long term thing for me now, I hope.

I'm balancing carb/fat/protein intake and fitting everything into several (5-6) meals/day. A little bit of exercise here and there and a general reduction in alcohol intake (not elimination, but reduction) and I'm well on my way to a "new me."

The other forum that I visit for nutrition/exercise/etc is full of people with great success stories. It's very inspiring.

Sebastiani makes excellent wines at prices under $15. Wine Spectaor just ranked their entire varietal with scores of 85+. I've tried their Cab Sauv and it's great.
