I am looking for a good wine to serve for christmas dinner. The menu includes wild phesant, turkey, ham with all the trimings.

Hi Sean, and welcome to the Wine Board. You should probably get both a red and a white to be on the safe side. Recommend you get two different Cotes du Rhone; one rouge and one blanc.
