How long can you keep wine in a crystal decanter. and which are the best ones to keep in these decanters.

Hi Beaubien, and welcome to the Wine Board. Long enough for the wine to open up, and then serve it.

If I may add to IK's post.... wine should not be stored in a decanter. The decanter should only be used to aerate the wine, for no more than a few hours, prior to serving. And welcome aboard.
