I recently purchased 3 bottles of Veuve Cliquot Vintage 1991. I plan to seve this on New Year's Eve. Do you think this vintage is still good?

Absolutely. I just had some 1990 out of 375 ml bottles that was drinking just fine.
Just keep in mind that 1991 was a horrible vintage year, whereas 1990 was a pretty classic year, so don't expect a lot, but they should still be kicking IMHO.
