I am not really a wine drinker. I was at a winery and tasted their Strawberry and Peach wine and they were delicious, so I bought them. Should they be served cold or should I serve them at room temperature? After I open the bottles, will they need to be refrigerated? How long do I have to drink them before they are no longer good?

Hi Smithy, and welcome to the Wine Board. Most folks around here prefer grape wines, but we don't shoot fruit wine drinkers. Chill them down and drink up within a week to ten days after opening.

I have tried strawberry and peach wine in the past, both have been chilled when I tried them. I would definitely drink them within a week of purchasing them too.
