- smith01112003 - 09-17-2006 I am not really a wine drinker. I was at a winery and tasted their Strawberry and Peach wine and they were delicious, so I bought them. Should they be served cold or should I serve them at room temperature? After I open the bottles, will they need to be refrigerated? How long do I have to drink them before they are no longer good? - Innkeeper - 09-18-2006 Hi Smithy, and welcome to the Wine Board. Most folks around here prefer grape wines, but we don't shoot fruit wine drinkers. Chill them down and drink up within a week to ten days after opening. - jasonconnors - 09-19-2006 I have tried strawberry and peach wine in the past, both have been chilled when I tried them. I would definitely drink them within a week of purchasing them too. ~ Jason About Wine http://www.about-wine.net/ Wine appreciation for regular folks! - Innkeeper - 09-19-2006 Jason, you are welcome to use our Board all you want.
