I've seen this term pop up on a number of threads, can anyone give me an idea as to what this is? Does it have to do with a color difference at the rim or is it a mouth feel?????? Any help will be appreciated.

Bricking is a color shift, when a red wine ages and gains auburn hues.

I thought it was a technique they used on the Arabian peninsula to get their camels to take in more water so they can survive a really long trek over the desert sands.

Based on the age of that joke KC you are as old as I am.

Not quite, but I'm catching up.

IK, I am not as old as you are and I've been around long enough to remember bricking camels to get them to drink.
