Last New Year's, I had a wonderful German white wine with my boyfriend. Trouble is, I can't remember what it was called. It was made from Riesling grapes and came in a blue bottle. I think the label was gold or silver with blue. I think it was either a dry or a semi-dry, not really sure. Could someone tell me what this wine might have been or recommend another German white wine from Riesling grapes? Thanks!

Welcome to the board, Ashley. Unfortunately, your description (blue bottle, German Riesling) fits a score of products. Suggest you look for Schmitt-Sohn wines from the Mosel-Sahr-Ruwer at the Kabinett level. They're available at Sam's Wholesale Clubs for all of about $4.99 per bottle. They're also widely available at large wineshops and liquor stores at slightly higher prices, maybe $5.99. Serve chilled.
