Hello everyone! I'm new to the whole wine thing,my friend had me try it out during dinner and it wasd a very *GOOD* experience. I was just wondering now that Thanksgiving is coming up what wine goes good with the traditional turkey dinner? Also, What are all the different kinds of wines and which are really good taste wise. These may be wierd questions but, I'm new so try not to be harsh on me!!!! Any and all information is appreciated! Thanks again! Also where is a good place to buy good wine. Thanks again!

Hi Marvz and welcome to the board. The question about wines with the turkey has been answered many times on the Wines/Foods" thread. Click on and you can gater all the answers you need. There happens to be a great wine shop in Santa Monica called Wine Expo that you can call for help. They also deliver. Their number is 800-wineexpo. WW

Here is a thread that gives you some divergent ideas on Thanksgiving Wines: http://www.wines.com/ubb2/Forum2/HTML/000384.html The wines that Roberto describes can be found in his store. Some of the ones that Randy C and I recommend can be found their too. Roberto will let you know where to get what he doesen't have or get it for you.
