I purchased this boxed wine yesterday as a gift for my fiance, who is disappointed because the new 360 is sold out. The wineseller I bought it from said that there was a lawsuit XBOX had brought against the winemaker, and I was wondering if anyone had any information for me on where to find the details. I have used all the search engines I can think of, but haven't been able to find anything. The wine is supposed to be fairly good, but I really just bought it for our collection, and don't intend to drink it, as it is no longer being made (because of said lawsuit). Any information anyone could find for me would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Wine Board, Rosemarie. I work in the wine business and I've never heard of that tale. I checked with a few of my sources and none of them have ever heard that story, either. If there's any truth to this, I'd need a bit more info to track it down. Please let us know all that's on the label - winery name, town it's in, etc.

It must be pretty early 'cause I thought you said you bought a box of wine for your collection. I'll go take a nap and check back with this group later.
