Hello. I am a novice at wines. I am making a chicken dish that calls for a dry white wine. Any tips? I'd prefer a relatively inexpensive wine. The chicken dish also has onions, green olives, and thyme. I am serving it on a bed of angel hair pasta. Thank you! If you have a recommendation for where to purchase wines in San Diego, that would be helpful too.

Hi SDnovice and welcome to the board. My favorite wine shop in your beautiful city is Vintage Wines on Miramar Rd. They can also give you the best wine in your price range to use for your dish. Good luck. WW
