Can anyone tell me anything about Unfiltered Merlot? Exactly what is it?

It just means that it is a wine made from the merlot grape, and it hasn't been filtered. Filtering is a process that takes out some of the bigger particles of "stuff" that is left in the wine as part of the vinefication process. Some makers filter and others don't. Its matter of opinion on what the maker feels makes a better wine.
