- dogcrazy - 08-23-2005 My wife loves very dry red wine. We just tried a Francis Coppola Cabernet Claret that was nearly dry enough. I would like to find more dry red wines of any variety without trying others until I stumble across another she likes. Can you recommend some wines that fit into what she is looking for? Thank you in advance. - winoweenie - 08-24-2005 Hi Dog and welcome to the board. Don't know what this post has to do with tech tips but to give you a capsulated answer, if you go to the best buy thread you'll find many posts about various wines that fit your description. WW - robr - 08-24-2005 Try almost any Carbernet Sauvignon. Most Merlots are pretty dry too. If you like French reds, go for the Bordeaux wines. |
