Can you reccomend a reasonable (maybe $10 or less per bottle)Cabarnet to but by the case? I would love to have a stock of wine in the house but my husband will drink everything I bring home. He will not let anything sit. So, I either get a new husband or start buying in mass quantities.

Hi RBN and welcome to the Wine Board. Look for 2004 Bodega El Portillo, Estate Bottled, Alto Valle de Uco, Finca El Portillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendoza. Despite the long name, it is a $9 wine that tastes like a $19 bargain. It is available online, or asked your retailer if he/she can get it.

There are other Argentine Cabernet values to be enjoyed. If getting another, would recommend trying one first before bringing a whole case home.

Try to find the 2004 Andretti Cabernet. It's a bargain California Cab for right around $10 a bottle case price.

Sebastiani Cabernet. (Period)!

A little more than $10, if you shop it, you can find it for $12 - $13. This is the cab that got me into wine, awesome for the money!

As I hate to chide but the question was for a nice bottle for 10 OR LESS. Lots of people can't see 20% more than they're looking to spend. And does period mean that anyone who posts a cab other than yours at 10 shouldn't be considered? WW
