Can someone give me some suggestions on the types of wine you might use with Indian Foods, such as fish curry, chicken briany, goat curry, etc. and similar spicey foods.

Michael, there has been lots of debate on this matter in past postings. For my money, Riesling and some Gewurztraminer go well with curried dishes. I have also had some good matches between such spicy dishes and rose wines--not white Zinfandel but real rose that is dry yet fruity (Tavel, Anjou).
