Need a brand name for an excellent tasting Cherry Wine. Thank you.

Hi Glen and welcome to the Wine Board. HRM Rex-Goliath, Free Range, Central Coast, Pinot Noir ($8), will give you the distict aroma and flavor of black cherries on the nose and tongue tip.

Hi Bigglen,

Chateau Grand Travers produces some excellent cherry & cherry/white wine blends, if available in your area. It's produced in Travers City, MI and is quite widely available in Michigan.

Hope this helps & good luck,
Fritz

Thanks to both of you, INNKEEPER & FRITZS for your fine suggestions.

I reside in Colon, Republic of Panama during the winter months and then back home to Miami in the summer. It is very hard to get good wines here in Panama. Only good store is Price Club.

Are cherry wines actually grape wine with *some* cherries...OR are they made totally from cherries?
