I am trying to locate an Italian white wine.
My sister's birthday is coming up and I know
she likes Orvieto Classico--Pulicchio. I would like to know how I might be able to purchase Italian wines in the USA. Thanks for any help anybody can give me.

Hi Snoopy10 and welcome to the Wine Board. Not knowing where you are from makes it a little difficult, because each state has it's own retailing and shipping regulations. Orvieto Classico is widely available throughout the country, though maybe not the Pulicchio in particular. One rule of thumb we go by is if they have it in the Shop & Save Supermarket in Belfast, Maine, you should be able to find it wherever you are. There are two different Orvieto Classicos in the store. Another option is to order on line. www.popswine.com is a place that has a wide selection of wine and ships everywhere. They have three different Orvieto Classicos listed. Alas none of these is the Pulicchio.
