Had an excellent wine the other day at a bar the other night. But I've never heard of it before. It was called Favorito something. Kinda sweet, good length, red wine. It cost me $8 for that glass.

Can someone tell me the name of the wine, and maybe why I haven't heard of it before?

Lil Ryan, Favorito is a minor grape grown in the Piedmont region in Italy having pleasant citric flavors mainly used in white wine blends. I did find a listing for a red zinfandel by that name in Pop's Wines.
