Hi Jann, and welcome to the Wine Board. 65% F, with lamb, or spicy round the Equator food.

Also good with hearty stews, roasted meats and steak as long as it's low or no oak. I even like if pared with fresh grilled rare tuna especially with a black pepper dry rub. Over oaked shiraz is very popular but doesn't pair well with food, imho.
