The Sauvignon Blanc is from Hillebrand Estates Winery in Niagara on the Lake. It's called Stone Road. Also, which wine would you recommend to make wine jelly? Thanks

SB can range from bone dry to super sweet dessert wines. It is impossible to say with the data you gave us. Care to elaborate?
