Steve, you really only need to post your question once. You are certain to receive an answer. That said, welcome to the Wine Board! We are all, I'm sure, glad to have you visit with us and hope you'll come back for repeat visits.

The wine you ask about is not within my personal experience - although I've tasted several Cabs from the Stag's Leap area and they were all pretty darn good.

Here are the TN's from Wine Spectator:

Ripe, rich and deeply concentrated, with layers of black cherry, wild berry and currant. More firmly structured that many Stags Leap District Cabernets, but the flavors are complex, pure and long on the finish. (180 cases produced)

They tasted the wine in 1997 and gave it 91 points, which is on the low end of their Outstanding scale, whatever that means.

They gave a price, at the time, of $50.00 per bottle.

Hope this information helps.

Harpua, You can find tasting notes on the 92 Chimney Rock in the 92 Cabernet thread where Wallace and I both posted a review. IMHO, the 94 is a wine that will definately improve with a couple more years of bottle age. I opened a bottle in 9/98 and rated it a 93. The 94 was a superior vintage so you can derned near point a finger blind-folded at a list of wines and hit a winner.Welcome to the board. winoweenie
