I bought a bottle of cream sherry, and it has a cork with a screw-top attached to it (so I don't need a corkscrew to open it). I don't know much about dessert wines, so I was wondering if once I open it it has to be drank right away, or if I can put the cork/top back in and store it for a long period of time. How long will it last once it's been opened?

Hi Paper, and welcome to the Wine Board. A couple of weeks in the fridge.
